OK, don't flame me for this, but isn't this just you can't be bothered to think of a plot so you thought you'd set a competition to save you the bother. If you really want somebody to make a plot for you then why don't you ask for help rather than making it a competition, which BTW. probably won't get many entries as your details are pretty vague.
