Hmm, I've got something to add on that Almar Joling (0 replies, 0 views) (2000-Jul-30) I don't think you need to create a mask file for it...
Why not loop through the surface (at startup,after creation of surface) and check if the color is the transparant color or another color.
When it's transparant it's 'white' and if not it's 'black'.
Saves you some files ;o))
