Hey carl, is this supposed to do anything other than display a background/cursor ?? Anyway, i can't give you an exact frame rate since i think you're VSYNC'ing =) so my frame rate caps at 60fps. (60hz) I'm using Win2k and don't have the option to turn of Syncing manually. Mind releasing an EXE with the NOVSYNC flag so we can give you a more accurate fps ?? Thanks Adam
