Thx guys, looks like I'll be doing some reading up on skeletal animation then. I've tried most of the stuff over at www.cdvg.org, but most of it doesn't seem to work on my computer (although its only in the VB IDE, pre-compilled ones are fine), but I can always check out the source and see whats done anyway.
