Do you have any previous 3D programming experience? If not then learn 3D before making a game. As for making objects, you need a good 3D modeler, theres a couple of free ones (Truespace 1 is free) but if you want something really good then get 3Dsmax. If your no good at 3D modeling then try and get somebody to help you make them, but a good demo would help you to get people helping you.
