No, no that's wrong Peter (0 replies, 0 views) (2000-Jul-4) You wouldn't have to make a map array per pixel, you store the location of the sprites with integers.
Like Sprite.Y = 100 etc.
Then you would just use collission detection to see wether your sprite is over an impassable tile.
