I don't want to tell you how to do your job (THIS job, at least =), but I suggest more concrete rules, just to make sure every annoying prick who feels like starting a flame can't bitch if you ban them. Something like this: 1) Step out of line once, you get a warning not to do it again. 2) Step out of line twice, you get a warning that you will be banned. 3) Step out of line thrice, you are banned. PERIOD. It will make things much more orderly. It's strict but fair. If jerks think that the Sysop of this board will fold like a deck of cards they need to be corrected. And in Led2K's case, I think he should be banned immediately. I don't feel I really have to justify it, everyone here knows why. His behavior is unacceptable. Spamming AND swearing ... doesn't get much worse. People have to realize what this board is for. If it's all going to go to hell because people think they can harass people enough, then you SHOULD shut it down.
