We used to get this a lot in VB5, to fix it, on the VB6 CD, is a directory called Common\Tools\VB\controls and there is a .REG file called VBCTRLS.REG in there which restores all the license keys, just double click on it to restore the license keys into the registry. (I had this happen several times). I'm not sure if this fixes it in VB6 as i have only ever had the problem with VB5 (on the VB5 cd it's in TOOLS\CONTROLS i think) HTH Adam
