(I've already spoken to Cruisinr about this, this is pointed toward peter) My friend wrote an amazing 3D Star Trek game a while back (for the amiga), anyway he contacted somebody (can't remember who) but anyways he was told that a license to distribute his game, freeware/PD or not, would cost £10,000 for the license. It's not just the name either, it's the names of the Ships, universe, ship models etc. (aparrently. anyway, thats what he was told). But that maybe just this country, and it was a few years ago too. So maybe they have relaxed the rules a bit (not ! =) Bitch huh ?? Adam
